I'm recovered, but not fully recoverd.

So on wednesday I started feeling ill and I got a cold a few mins later, on Thursday I stayed home from school as it continued it got worse I had to take Tylenol Acetaminophen pills which sort of made me feel better, then on Friday I had to go to the doctors to get shots, I had to get the TDap, and another shot I forgot, and then they had to extract 2 full biles of my blood to see of I had Hashimotos, on Saturday I was fully recovered, (My Voice Box fixed, I can swallow now without pain, etc.) but something gone wrong. Around 8:10 AM PDT I when to the bathroom checking everything is okay, then I coughed (It's like that one when you cough and it hurts your mouth) and then a sniffed xD, and I heard my nose wasn't functioning correctly.
